Refund Policy

All sales are final. Deposits and advance payments are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued once materials are ordered or work has started. Refunds may only be considered for duplicate payments or if the project is canceled in writing before any work or material purchase begins. Special-order materials are strictly non-refundable.
